Full price items purchased using a discount code, as well as purchases made via In Store, may only be exchanged or returned for store credit.

Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.

In the unlikely event your artwork arrives damaged. To make a return, email me at studio@georgiaparkinjones.art to request a return authorization. Please include an image showing the damage, the order number and item(s) you wish to return.
